We at Hardwin Construction Pvt. Ltd. make an endeavor to achieve sustained, profitable growth by providing services which consistently satisfy the needs and expectations of its clients/ customers.
The level of quality is achieved through adoption of a system of procedures that reflects the competency of Company to existing customers/clients and potential customers/clients.
Achievement of Quality Policy involves all staff, who are individually responsible for the quality of their work, resulting in a continually improving working environment for all.
To achieve and maintain the required level of assurance the Managing Director retains responsibility for the Quality System with routine operation controlled by the Quality personnel at sites.
The objectives of the Quality Assurance System are:
1) To maintain the effective Quality Assurance System complying with International Standards ISO 9001 (Quality Systems)
2) To achieve and maintain the level of quality which enhances the Company’s reputation with customers/clients.
3) To ensure compliance with relevant statutory and safety requirements.
4) To endeavor, at all times, to maximize customer/client satisfaction with the services provided by Hardwin Construction Pvt. Ltd.
